We're here to help
We've listed some common inquires below. For other questions, requests or issues, send an email to support@ourvocado.com.
Q1: Can I freely pick any produce I see listed on the site?
A1: Generally the answer is No. Most produce listed is likley on an individual's property and picking without their permission may not be legal, isn't fair to them and can cause damage to the plant if done incorrectly. One exception to this rule is for produce listed on public land such as parks or paths. If you'd really like to enjoy your neighbor's produce, head over and ask them.

Q2: Why can't I see produce listings outside of Sunnyvale, CA?
A1: We're currently only operating in Sunnyvale, CA. We plan to expand throughout the Bay Area in early 2022. If you have a strong interest in having us come to your area sooner, shoot us an email at support@ourvocado.com.

Q3: I've got some produce on my property that I'd like to list on Ourvocado, how can I do this?
A3: We're working on enabling you to add it yourself, but for now check our List page for info on how to do this.

Q4: I own a farm or high-volume produce lot, can I list on your site?
A4: Unless you're looking to only trade your produce, sit tight for now. We're looking into allowing folks (and farms) to list and sell their produce on Ourvocado. If you'd like to chat more with us on this topic, reach out to support@ourvocado.com.

Q5: One of your produce listings is incorrect (e.g. wrong location, wrong fruit, not in season), how can I report this?
A5: Thanks for helping to keep Ourvocado fresh! We're working on automating a reporting function for our users, but for now shoot us an email at support@ourvocado.com.

Q6: If I decide to share my email with you, how are you using it?
A6: We stritcly limit use of your information to Ourvocado product purposes. We do not share your information with any third-parties or entities other than Ourvocado.
